Bobcat Football Hosts Three One-Day Camps

(Peru, Neb.) – Nearly 70 high school and junior high football players took part in three different one-day camps hosted by the Peru State Bobcat football program.   
 
The first camp, held on June 12, was a high school skills camp which was comprised of individual technique sessions followed by group work.  The campers received detailed individual instruction during the contact camp which will have them better prepared for the fall campaign.
Football Skills Camp

Offensive/Defensive Line Camp

Junior High Skills Camp
 
A non-contact junior high skills camp was conducted on June 14.  Campers received detailed instruction in all facets of football.   Participants in the junior high camp included:  Trace Moody (Auburn) – Auburn MS, Ethan Phillips (Peru) – Auburn MS, Dylan Frederick (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Jaiden Waggoner (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Noah Milam (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Dylan Sutton (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Brandt Chapple (Falls City) – Falls City MS, James Matteen (Auburn) – Auburn MS, Chaydyn Butler (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Drake Butler (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Rudy Vrtiska (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Jake Craig (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Phoenix Martin (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Shane Campbell (Falls City) – Falls City MS, Keegan Hunzeker (Rulo) – Falls City MS, Justin Fee (Rulo) – Falls City MS, Emmet Kirkendall (Rulo) – Falls City MS, Dylon Faller (Craig, Mo.) – Craig RII MS, and Ransom Campbell (Rulo) – Falls City MS.
 
All three camps were directed by Bobcat recruiting coordinator Lou Varley with assistance from assistant coaches Andy Kohls, Derek Derr, Jeff Reed, and David Gregory.
